#3hirty1neThankYous January 2nd: Thank You to my 15 Hulks (I see you Juice and Smitty)! I’ve never been so proud of quasi-raising someone else’s children than I am with you all. All minority men, all high school graduates, all admitted to college, and all attending. Thank you for following the path meant for you, even though sometimes the world would have you think differently. Continue to be safe and remember, “excuses are tools…”. Love yall! HULK SMASH!

In realizing that I A. don’t use social media a lot because I’m a pretty private person and B. don’t say thank you enough to the right people, I figured I’d combine the two and use January 2015 for #3hirty1neThankYous. For feats great and small, for strangers and friends.

January 1st: First one goes to my wife @peavyg. Thank you for making it a wonderful life. There’s never a dull moment and even when we argue – often because I’m right and you just don’t see it yet 😉 – you make it impossible to be mad for long because of how awesome you are. Thanks for having my back, even when – no, ESPECIALLY when I want you to get off it. 😊 So thanks Chop!
